Shipping & Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery, excluding vanity countertops and vanity tops, which are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our Customer Service team before returning any item.
- Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
Please note:
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
- Original freight and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Receiving & Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.
If the Packaging Appears Damaged
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt by writing “DAMAGED” before signing.
- Accept the shipment and inspect the contents immediately.
- Report any damages to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- If damage is documented on the proof of delivery, we can assist with replacement requests reported within the required timeframe.
Concealed Damage
If the packaging appears intact, please inspect all items for concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Items or packaging that are not in original condition may not qualify for return or replacement.
Shipping Information
Vinnova ships throughout the 48 contiguous United States using trusted parcel and freight carriers.
Shipping Methods
- Orders under 100 lbs. typically ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or similar carriers.
- Orders over 100 lbs. ship via LTL freight carriers.
Processing & Transit Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Transit times generally range from 5–7 business days, depending on location and carrier availability.
Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or limited-access delivery areas, including islands and rural locations.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
Freight Deliveries
For large freight shipments:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- All freight deliveries are curbside only.
- Drivers are responsible only for unloading the shipment from the truck and are not required to move items into the home or property.
We recommend arranging additional assistance if needed.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- Hotels (unless pre-approved by Vinnova management)
All orders are subject to merchandise availability and credit/fraud verification.
Delivery Guidelines
An adult must be present to receive and sign for freight deliveries.
Before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL):
- Count all boxes received.
- Inspect packaging for visible damage or missing items.
Minor wear to packaging during transit is normal. However, please retain all original packaging materials until your installation is complete and you are satisfied with the product.
Original packaging is required for all approved returns, exchanges, or replacements.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Vinnova is not responsible for:
- Damage resulting from customer-arranged transportation or pickup
- Improper installation or operation
- Property damage, water damage, or plumbing issues occurring after delivery
- Delays caused by freight carriers or circumstances beyond our control
We strongly recommend inspecting all plumbing connections and components prior to installation and use, as shipping and handling may affect fittings or piping integrity.
To minimize inconvenience, we recommend ordering in advance to allow time for transit, inspection, and any potential replacement needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to injury, property damage, loss, expense, or liability arising from the purchase, installation, use, or resale of its products.
