Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (excluding vanity countertops, which are non-refundable)
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return Authorization (RA) required prior to sending items back
- 25% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Return shipping, freight, and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders processed within 1 business day (subject to availability and verification)
- Parcel orders typically ship within 48 hours
- Delivery timeframe: approximately 5–7 business days
- Ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. only
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels (unless pre-approved)
Delivery & Inspection
- All freight deliveries are curbside only
- Adult signature required upon delivery
- Inspect packaging at delivery and note any damage on receipt
- Report any damage (visible or concealed) within 48 hours
- Keep original packaging for any returns or exchanges
Additional Notes
- Items under 100 lbs. ship via parcel; over 100 lbs. ship via freight (LTL)
- Additional fees may apply for limited-access delivery areas
- Not responsible for delays outside of our control
