Limited Warranty

Vinnova stands behind the quality of our products and is proud to offer a one (1) year limited warranty for added peace of mind.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment.

 

Coverage Details

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and requires purchase from an authorized Vinnova dealer or directly from Vinnova. This warranty covers products used under normal residential conditions. 

 

Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is installed by a licensed plumber or qualified professional, where applicable
  
• The product is installed and used solely for residential purposes
  
• The issue is due to a manufacturing defect
  
• Proof of purchase, including the purchase date and order number
  
• Installation follows the instructions provided with the product
  

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased as display models or “as-is” items that have not been inspected and approved by the manufacturer
  
• Damage or defects resulting from improper use, misuse, or neglect
  
• Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
  

 

Missing or Damaged Parts

If any parts are missing or arrive damaged, please contact Vinnova Customer Service within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
